About Us

The Precious Heritage Cooperative was established in 2013 as an initiative among the dedicated staff members of Precious Heritage Nursery and Primary School. What began as an informal support system among colleagues gradually evolved into a structured cooperative aimed at fostering financial stability, mutual assistance, and economic empowerment among its members.

Recognizing the potential for greater impact, the cooperative took a significant step forward and became formally registered in February 2025. This milestone marked the beginning of a new era, enabling the cooperative to expand its services, increase its membership, and operate with enhanced financial security and legal recognition.

Initially exclusive to the staff of Precious Heritage group of School and associated businesses, the cooperative has now opened its doors to all and sundry, welcoming individuals from outside the group of associated businesses, who seek financial empowerment and communal support.

BASORUN (IBADAN) PRECIOUS HERITAGE COOPERATIVE INVESTMENT AND CREDIT SOCIETY LIMITED is built on the principles of unity, financial literacy, and sustainable development. It provides members with savings opportunities, access to low-interest loans, and investment initiatives designed to improve their overall well-being.
